There are reduced prices in electricity thorough a bonus on the electric bill. The electric bonus is applied nowadays for large families without rent limits, but the Goverment has announced that they are going to limit by rent for large families. There are also discount applied in the water consumption for large families in some regions. And ther is also a single payment per year for families to cover cost of hot water and heating.

Bonus on transport of 20% for general large families and 50% for special large families. Deduction of 50% or exention in universitary fees depending on the category of the family; fiscal deductions as we explain of 1.200 € or 2.400 € depending of the category of the large family.

The maternity or paternity benefits are applied in general for all the families with 16 weeks of paternity/maternity leave. There are no exclusive benefits for large families

There is a discount of 20% or 50% of the public prices in general for large families in the use of urban road public transportation. There is also the same discount traveling by train. And 5-10% travelling by air transport.

Permit for large families with 7 and more children to drive the family van without professional driving license
Basic consumptions tariff: water, electricity, gas, etc. is calculated taking into consideration the number of children

In Spain there are some discounts in consumptions in the electricity or water that are calculated not taking into account the number of children, but taking into consideration of large familiy as a household with the right to take access of the benefit, that is implemented with a discount in the final electricity bill. Also, if the household is a large family with less income the benefit is greater. Also, there is a single payment in the year to pay heating or hot water costs.
